My Journey in Pres. Corazon C. Aquino Elementary School
Looking back on my journey at PCCAES, it's hard to believe how much I've grown and learned. It all started in kindergarten, a time filled with both excitement and a little bit of nervousness.
Those early years in kinder Section Tweety Bird were filled with laughter, learning, and the joy of discovery. I remember the thrill of earning the title of "Most Courteous" and recognized as "Most Responsible" student. And to top it all off, I was honored to be the first honor student in my kindergarten class. It was a proud moment, my dedication and hard work I put in from the very beginning. Thanks to my kindergarten teacher ma'am Miraflor Pelias.
As I moved on to Grade 1, my passion for learning continued to grow. Ma'am Miraflor saw my potential and recognized my excellence, so she transferred me to Section Star. This was a significant moment for me, as it marked a new chapter in my academic journey.
In Grade 1 Section Star, I was guided by ma'am Fely Sugcang, our new adviser, who challenged us to strive for excellence. At first, she seemed strict, but I soon realized her kindness. She encouraged me to reach my full potential, and to believe in myself. I am grateful for her guidance and support.
As I progressed through grade 2 star, I was fortunate to have teachers like ma'am Shiela Mae Barba, who fostered a supportive and engaging learning environment. She encouraged us to explore our interests and to embrace challenges.
The pandemic brought unexpected challenges, forcing us to adapt to online learning. It was a difficult time for everyone, and I struggled to keep up with my studies. We don't have ranking that time because of pandemic.
In Grade 3 star my adviser was ma'am Jojuana Guanzon, I remember how challenging the pandemic was for everyone. Online classes brought a lot of difficulties, but I was determined to succeed. Despite the struggles, I was able to stay in Section Star and earn the title of with honors. I learned valuable lessons about being adaptable and persevering, and I'm grateful for the support of my teachers. I proved that even in tough times, we can be strong and achieve our goals.
When I was in grade 4 star my adviser was ma'am Claudette Costiniano, she was the most kindness and sweet adviser. When we returned to face-to-face classes, I rediscovered my passion for learning. I excelled in my studies, earning second honor. I earned the title "Best In Filipino" , "Best in attendance" and "Best in writing". It was a proud moment, a evidence to my dedication and hard work I had put in. I also got an opportunity to join in drum and lyre corps.
Also, I join a poster making contest
about "Women's Month" I won first place in grade 4 level, in overall grade I won second place.
Last year, I had the honor to be a grade 5 representative in the Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG). It was an amazing experience, where I learned to be a voice for my classmates and work together to create a better school environment.
I also put my heart into my studies, and I'm proud to have earned Second Honors. I did also join an "Science Essay Contest" and I won second place. This achievement shows my dedication and passion for learning.
But my Grade 5 section star journey wasn't just about academics. I was actively involved in school activities, like Yes-O club, Journalism and Girl scout. I believe in exploring different interests and pushing myself to grow. I am very grateful to ma'am Mansueta Costamero.
As a Grade 6 student, I'm excited for this new school year, 2024-2025. My new adviser ma'am Reygen Lamonio
This year, I was Vice President of the SELG, which was a great learning experience. I learned about leadership and teamwork while working to make our school a better place.
I also had the chance to be a Senior Color Guard in the Drum and Lyre. It taught me discipline and a love for the music.
My journey at PCCAES has been filled with both challenges and triumphs. I've learned valuable lessons, made lifelong friends, and discovered my strengths. I am grateful for the teachers and mentors who have guided me along the way, for the challenges that have pushed me to grow, and for the friendships that have enriched my life. I'm ready to face new challenges this year and continue to be a good example for everyone.
Thank you.
